Cancellation Policy

We value your time and commitment to our services. To ensure a smooth process, please take note of our cancellation guidelines:

COMMUNICATION METHOD: All cancellations must be made via phone—no exceptions. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cancellations through email.

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your appointment if less than 2 hours.  ALL APPOINTMENTS THAT ARE 2, 3, OR 3.5 HRS REQUIRE A 72 HOUR CANCELLATION. Should a cancellation occur within the 24-hour window or 72 for longer appointments, a full service fee will be charged. We appreciate your understanding, recognizing the challenge of filling these spots on short notice.

WEATHER RELATED CANCELLATIONS: In case of inclement weather, please refer to idrivearkansas.com and consult your local police for guidance. Ensuring everyone's safety is our top priority, and we will continue operations if the authorities deem road conditions safe. Please be aware that cancellations may be subject to charges in such cases.
