Massage and Ashi Stretch
60/90/120 Minutes — $105/$155/$250
30 Minutes Ashi Stretch and 30/60/90 minutes of Massage either Restorative Bodywork or Ashiatsu- you will be fully clothed during the stretch session. We ask that you wear loose clothing (example athletic wear) and have a clean pair of socks.
Lymphatic Drainage Massage

Lymphatic drainage massage is a form of gentle massage that encourages the drainage of lymph nodes and the movement of lymph fluids around the body. It can help relieve symptoms of lymphedema, general swelling, or post surgical swelling.
Ashiatsu Massage

In the Japanese language “Ashi” translates to foot and “Atsu” into pressure. Ashiatsu DeepFeet Bar Therapy, is a barefoot massage technique in which the therapist delivers deep, broad, consistent pressure while utilizing their feet and body weight. Working with gravity instead of against it, Ashiatsu therapists are able to provide an effective therapeutic massage without causing pain or discomfort to themselves or the receiving client.

Neuromuscular Therapy “TMJ”
60 Minutes — $115
This is a full approach to releasing the effects of TMJ. Includes specific bodywork as well as intraoral release of the masseter.
Ashi Stretch
This is a technique incorporating traditional stretches and compressions that have been adapted for use with the Ashi Bars. The compressions in Ashi will be deeper and more intense while preserving the meditative and relaxing qualities of a massage. When combined with regular massage, stretching can help you Massage Therapist work more effectively with less restriction. In addition to alleviating strain on your joints, stretch massage has other benefits, including enhanced flexibility.
